ADOPTS
- Includes personal and commercial use
- After purchase you are free to change the design to your liking, however always credit me for the original design
- You can resell, retrade or gift, just dont sell it for more than you bought it for (except it comes with additional art from another artist)
- If you are Blacklisted you cannot purchase any design made by me
- If you have purchased a design by me you can not under any circumstance give it to someone being blacklisted or you will be blacklisted yourself
- No Backing Out!
- No Refunds!
- No holds except otherwhise discussed BEFOREHAND
- Payment via Paypal or Ko-fi within 24hours after winning the auction/claiming the design!
- Do not bid/claim if you dont have the money on hand
- By bidding/claiming you agree to my ToS
- If you violate my ToS I will blacklist you, this wont necessary be with a warning
COMMISSIONS
GENERAL
1. I have the right to deny any commissions/requests.2. You, the commissioner, will not and cannot claim my artwork as your own or as drawn by another person(s). When posting my art, I will have full credit as the artist.
2a. When posting my artwork on other medias, please link back to any of my social media and do not remove my signature.3. Artwork that is not discussed to be for commercial use is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.4. Do not use my or any artwork you receive for cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI learning.5. I have the right to post any and/or all artworks on other social media(s) and for portfolio usage. If you do not want me to share or post the finalized art piece, inform me beforehand.6. Do not heavily edit my work without my permission. Small things such as color shifting, background color changes, and cropping, are permitted.7. My commissions are not traditionally first-come-first-serve (FCFS). I draw what I believe I will do the best at when there is great demand.8. I do not draw Gore, NSFW or "risque" art.9. Do not ask me to change my artstyle for you, with accepting my terms you are also accepting my artstyle.PAYMENTS
Payment is to be made fully upfront as long as it is not discussed otherwhise.
No Backing Out after I started sketchingREVISIONS
I normally send at least 1 progress shot (sketch) before finishing artworks. Revisions for Skeb type of commissions are not available, however exceptions can be made for changes that are due to my mistakes (e.g. wrong colours, wrong traits).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Do not commission me expecting a fast and/or rushed art piece. If there are deadline(s), I expect them to be at least 1 week after ordering.2. I have a full-time job so I have to get commissions done in my freetime and I don't often get to control how much freetime I have. Only commission me if you are willing to wait, but I will still try to work as fast as possible!USE
1. Work is for non-commercial personal use only.2. Commercial use can be discussed; however, expect prices to increase (1x-2x).REFUNDS
1. Refunds are only available before I start sketching. Otherwise no refunds are given at any point.3. In case of me not being able to finish the commission for personal or other reasons, a full refund is given.COMMUNICATION

If you commission me to draw something that I have expressed that I am either simply not good at and/or not used to drawing, and are unhappy with the result, I don't expect to take responsibility for this.
